Whey The Government Sector Are So Poor !
ভাল ছাত্ররা কেন পুুলিশ বা আর্মীতে চাকুরী পায়না !!
কথা সত্য ! স্কুলের প্রথম ব্রেঞ্চের ছাত্ররা খুব কমই সরকারী চাকুরী পায় !! কেননা মেধার জোর থাকলেও তাদের শুপারিশের জোর থাকেনা ! তাইতো সরকারী সেক্টরে তাদের চাকুরীও হয়না ! হলেও হয় কোন প্রায়ভেট ফোর্মে অথবা প্রবসে ! আর পুলিশের চাকুরী হয় সব সময় পেছনের ব্রেঞ্চের ছাত্রের ! কারন ওদের মেধা না থাকলেও খুটির জোর আছে !! তাছাড়া ও যখন পুলিশের চাকুরী হয় তখন ভাল ছাত্র, মেধাবীরা পড়া লেখায় ব্যস্ত থাকে, নিজেকে বিকশিত করে, আগামীতে বড় কোন অফিসার হবার !! কিন্তু ! তাদের পড়ালেখা যখন শেষ, তখন পুলিশের কোটাও শেষ ! আর্মি এর কোটা শেষ ! সরকারী চাকরীর কোটাতো রিজাভ আছে, কোন নেতা, বড় বাবু, তথা , এলিট বা ধনীক মহাশয়ের অযোগ্য পুত্র বা নাতি বা ভাতিজা অথবা ভাগ্নী ইত্যাদির জন্য ! তাইতো মেধাবী মধ্যবিত্ত ছেলেটির আর সরকারী দপ্তরে আসা হয়না ! যেতে হয় প্রায়ভেট ফোর্মে ! ফলা ফল প্রায়ভেট সেক্টর লাভ করলেও সরকারী সেক্টর সবসময় লোকসান গুনতেই থাকে !! কেননা মেধা তো মেধাই তাইনা !! প্রত্যেকটা সেক্টরের দিকে তাকান, সম অবস্তা দেখবেন !যোগাযোগ সেক্টর ঃ বাংলাদেশ বিমান থেকে বাংলাদেশ রেলওয়ে অবন্থা ! বছর শেষে লোকশান ! সে ক্ষেত্রে বে সরকারী প্রকল্প কখনো তো লোকশান দিতে শোনা যায়না ! একটা বাস মালিক, একটা বাস থেকে হাজার দুহাজার বাসের মালিক হয় ! আর লোকশানের কারনে বি আর টিসি বন্ধ হয় ! ট্রেন বে-সরকারীতে দিলে তারা কি ভাবে লাভ করেন ? বাংলাদেশ বিমান লোকশান দিলেও বে সরকারী এয়ার ওয়েজ এত লাভ করে কি দিয়ে ! হাজারো শুবিধা নিয়ে সরকারী প্রতিটি সেক্টরে এরকম অবস্থা ! লোকশান আর লোকশান ! কিন্তু কেন? ভেবে দেখেছেন কখনো ? পক্ষাত্তরে সীমিত সুবিধা নিয়ে বে-সরকারী খাত ফুলে ফেপে উঠছে ! কারন কি? কারন একটাই , মেধাবীরা কখলো কোন সরকারী খাতে ভাল অবস্থানে যেতে পারে না ! যদিও বা যায় তবে, অফিসের চাপরাশী বা কারণিক ! মেধাবীদের জন্য এর চেয়ে ভাল চাকূরী আর হতেই পারেনা ! !
প্রশ্ন কিনে, বি সি এস ক্যাডার, মহামান্য বড় বাবু প্রথম শ্রেনীর কর্ম কর্তা ! অপরদিকে, মাষ্টার্স এর সনদ সুটকেসে রেখে, অষ্টম শ্রেনীর প্রধান শিক্ষকের সনদ নিয়ে নিয়েগ প্রাপ্ত তার ড্রাইভার ! তাইতো অফিসার এর ভূলে তথা অযোগ্যতায় প্রকল্প মার খেলেও ড্রাইভারের কারনে কখলো কোন সরকারী কর্মকর্তা মরেনাই !
